What info do I need in order to sign-up?

You should have the bottles all of your medications, over-the-counter products, herbals and supplements you are currently taking so that you can enter it into the app during the set up process.

How do I speak with a Med Care pharmacist?

Download the app in apple, set up your account and to get started. Once you have set up you can begin to ask a question it’s that simple and a Med Care Pharmacist will respond to your question safely and securely within minutes.

How much will it cost?

There is one time fee to download the app on the apple store of $12.99. Then ask away, one question or many questions. Med Care Pharmacists are available to answer your questions large or small we have answers for you.

As a customer, is my information private and safe?

Yes, we make sure to safeguard your information.  The privacy of your healthcare information is important to us at Pharmacist Integrative Healthcare. The information that you submit will be disclosed only to Med Care Pharmacists at Pharmacist Integrative Healthcare, Inc. for the sole purpose of answering your questions and responding to your health requests. What types of medication questions can be discussed?

Anything and everything, from prescription medications your doctor gives you, to herbal remedies, and over-the-counter vitamins that you buy. Med Care Pharmacist have extensive knowledge and additional certifications in geriatrics, mental health, natural medicine, women’s health, and more.

How long does it take to answer my question?

Our goal is to make sure your questions and concerns are addressed, but approximate times are: 2-15 min.

What is the difference between pharmacists who dispense medicine at a local pharmacy versus Med Care Pharmacists?

Pharmacists at a local pharmacy focus solely on dispensing medicine and do not have access to your medical records or labs. They also do not have the time to comprehensively review all of the medications you are taking. Our Med Care Pharmacists do not dispense medications and focus on answering questions about all the medications you are taking and have valuable medicine insight that will aid in ensuring that your concerns about your medications are addressed and if your current medication regimen is best for you.
